Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data the Lithera website collects, why it is used, who it is shared with and what rights you have. Data controller: sole proprietor Stanislav Shiryaev (Republic of Armenia).
1. Controller and contacts
Controller: sole proprietor Stanislav Valentinovich Shiryaev, TIN 20428197, state registration number 286.1615566. Address: 65/5 Arshakunyats Ave, Shengavit, Yerevan 0061, Republic of Armenia.

2. Data we collect
Request form data: name, contact (Telegram, WhatsApp, email or phone), selected service, message text, preferred channel, interface language and the page the request was sent from.
Thread data: messages you send through the request thread page and the studio's replies.
Technical data: date and time of the request, browser language, device type. IP addresses are processed by the hosting provider for security and are not stored by us in the request database.
We do not collect special categories of data and do not use data for automated decisions with legal effects.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Handling your request and contacting you about the requested services: your consent given when sending the form, and steps needed to enter into and perform a contract.
Keeping the conversation history and a record of requests: our legitimate interest in serving clients well.
Compliance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law on Protection of Personal Data, and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the EU.
4. Who receives the data
Telegram Messenger Inc.: new-request notifications and the conversation are delivered to the controller's service bot on Telegram. The request content is sent to Telegram at the moment the form is submitted.
Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, the request database and attack protection. Data may be stored on Cloudflare servers in various jurisdictions under standard safeguards.
Others: only when required by law or with your separate consent. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
5. Retention
Requests and threads are kept for 3 years after the last message unless the law requires longer (for example, accounting records for signed contracts).
You can ask for earlier deletion where this does not conflict with our legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction, withdraw consent, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise these rights write to hello@lithera.dev. We respond within 30 days. You may also contact the personal data protection authority of Armenia or of your country.
7. Security
The connection to the site is protected with TLS. Only the controller has access to the request database and the Telegram bot. The form is protected against automated submissions. Still, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure.

9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its update date. Material changes will be highlighted.
